SHIPPING

Romey will ship your items within 1-2 business days of your order confirmation.
Our worldwide delivery is carried by Australia Post and DHL.
Bali orders can be delivered same day via Gojek. All orders are trackable.

Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout and depend on shipping courier, ordered items, order weight and shipping region.
Estimated delivery time for standard shipping:

  • Bali: Same Day
  • Australia: 7 - 10 business days
  • Other countries: 15 - 30 business days.

RETURNS POLICY

We are sure you will love your Romey as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide you with a store credit (excluding shipping) with no expiry date. 

In order for us to accept your return, the below requirements MUST be met;

  • The item is in unused, brand new condition with original packaging.
  • no marks or stains (including makeup, tan, food, moisturiser, deodorant etc)
  • does not have any fluff, pet hair and must be free of odour
  • The item is returned (and received) to us within 30 days of delivery date
  • The item was not purchased on sale

IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS, YOUR RETURN WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

PLEASE NOTE:

      • Once your return is received, please allow up to 2-3 business days processing time for our team to process your request
      • Sale items are not eligible for returns 
      • We do not offer refunds on non faulty items
      • All return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer
      • We do not offer direct exchanges. Our Team will issue you a store credit, and once your return has been received, you can then place an order for your exchange items with your store credit.

ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE

  • Sale items are not eligible for returns (this includes items purchase from our sale section, items purchased during yearly promotional sales. 
  • If you have purchased using a discount code, your item is still eligible for returns - as long as you have met all our other returns requirements.

ABOUT US

Born in Bali & handmade with love

Romey bloomed and was founded in the island paradise of Bali.
Lexie our founder who is originally from Australia but has lived in Bali for
over five years founded Romey in 2023. While building and designing her own
family villa she was on the hunt for the perfectly colourful yet luxuriously
funky cushions to add all around her house and in this Romey was born.

Local artisans hand thread our designs with care and love. Each
piece perfected and destine to be the centre of attention in any home. Slow
production with conscious quality at the forefront of our ethos.

Our deisgns are currently sold in Australia and Bali with
worldwide shipping available.
